customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any concerns with your order. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, and opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may report the issue to our customer support team within 2 – 3 days of receiving your order, along with evidence such as vedios of the product and packaging. Upon validation, we will offer a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that refunds or returns are not applicable for personalized or custom-made products unless they are faulty.
